2. Customization usually takes 5-7 business days. Although, we understand emergencies and uncertainty can arise so customers can take advantage of our 1-day priority printing service, simply email us to inquire about this service.
3. In custom orders, there will be a small difference between the mockup & final product due to differences in real colors & computer colors.
4. It is possible for certain types of designs to have some fine lines due to the nature of products made from coarsely pulpy paper. It will not be considered a defect if colors vary slightly within a run.

Delivery:

- Standard Shipping - 6-9 business days
- Economy Shipping - 9-15 business days
This shipping time starts after the production time i.e. 5-7 business days which will only commence after you approve your order's digital mock-up. The production time may also vary during holidays and in case of large quantity orders. In case of urgent orders, we provide the rush order facility as well but please do contact us for more clarification.
