2. Customization usually takes 5-7 business days. Although, we understand emergency and uncertainty can arise so customers can take advantage of our 1-day priority printing service, simply email us to inquire about this service.
3. In custom orders, there will be a small difference between the mockup & final product due to differences in real colors & computer colors.
4. It is possible for certain types of designs to have some fine lines due to the nature of products made from coarsely pulped paper. It will not be considered a defect if colors vary slightly within a run.

Delivery:
We want to ensure all our customers experience a smooth process from the moment they visit our website till their products get delivered. We also provide you with a tracking number once your product is dispatched. This will help keep track of your order. Another thing to note is when you will receive your order, this will heavily depend on your shipping option choice. We offer three shipping options:
- Express Shipping - 2-6 business days
- Standard Shipping - 6-9 business days
- Economy Shipping - 9-15 business days
This shipping time starts after the production time i.e. 5-7 business days which will only commence after you approve your order's digital mock-up. The production time may also vary during holidays and in case of large quantity orders. In case of urgent orders, we provide the rush order facility as well but please do contact us for more clarification.
